How do I place an order?

What do you need to know when I order?
When you are placing an order, please let me know the date you would like to collect (please check my availability before messaging), size, flavour and any other information you have. Pictures always help.
Do you cater for allergies?
Unfortunately I work in a kitchen that I use all allergens in. I use dairy, eggs, gluten, soya, peanuts and nuts therefore cannot cater for any allergies.
Do you take a deposit?
A 50% deposit is required upon booking, this must be paid within 48hrs of receiving your invoice. Orders under £20 must be paid in full when ordering.
Your deposit is 100% refundable if you cancel more than 7 days in advance.
If you've ordered any decorations for your cake that I've had to order or are personalised, these will not be refunded.
How do I transport my cake?
Cakes MUST ALWAYS be held by the bottom of the box, please do not hold or pick up by the sides as this will damage the cake.
When transporting your cake in the car, please make sure your car is cold and place in the boot or the passengers footwell. Please do not place on a seat or someones lap as these surfaces are slanted.
Once the product has left my premises, I will not be held responsible for any damages caused.
How do I store my product?
Cakes must be stored in the fridge at all times. Take them out 2 hours before consuming (In summer, do not leave in direct sunlight). Once cut, keep in an airtight container.
Macarons & chocolate strawberries must be stored in the fridge and taken out 2 hours before consuming.
Cupcakes do not need to be stored in the fridge. Store in a cool room.
Can you copy a previous design?
All of my cakes are custom made therefore I cannot guarantee your design will be an exact replica of any of my previous designs. Exact colour matches cannot also be guaranteed, however I will do my best to match to the colour requested.
